Job Description

The FDC Senior Analyst plays a key role in maintaining and optimizing the PeopleSoft ERP system to support accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of finance, accounting, and ERP systems, along with the ability to collaborate across departments and ensure data integrity.
This position requires the ability to work onsite (hybrid) in Chicago, IL.



FDC Senior Analyst Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Chart of Accounts, hierarchical trees, and financial reporting structures in PeopleSoft
• Monitor and assess system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for financial impact
• Maintain general ledger interfaces, reporting templates, and data validation processes
• Control period closing/opening and application-level access permissions
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support reporting needs and implement system/process improvements
• Provide user training, issue tracking, and resolution support
• Support special projects and promote continuous improvement in finance operations

FDC Senior Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in a PeopleSoft application support role
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills
