Job Brief

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Jewelry Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills, with a passion for the jewelry industry.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Recruit, train, and develop new team members.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Drive customer engagement and build strong customer relationships.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal product presentation.
  • Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with loyal customers.
  • Oversee all aspects of the customer experience.

Operations:

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Manage store budgets and expenses.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee store security and loss prevention measures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a jewelry store manager or in a similar leadership role (minimum 3 years of experience).
  • Strong knowledge of the jewelry industry, including diamonds, gemstones, and current market trends.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using Edge POS .
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A passion for the jewelry industry and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
