Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in serious felony matters, including:
• Sexual Battery
• Lewd & Lascivious Molestation
• Murder
• Other high-level offenses
• Conduct legal research, write motions, and prepare for court
• Handle trials, pre-trial hearings, and negotiations with prosecutors
• Collaborate with a seasoned team of attorneys and support staff
• Maintain strong communication with clients
• Contribute to a team-oriented, respectful, and fun work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar license
• Minimum 3 years of criminal trial experience
• Excellent courtroom presence and trial skills
• Strong legal research and writing abilities
• Team player with a positive attitude and sense of humor
• Commitment to ethical legal practice and client confidentiality
