Equip Human Solutions is a boutique recruiting agency that specializes in healthcare placements. With decades of experience on our team, we are dedicated to connecting top talent with leading healthcare organizations.

We're currently partnered with a growing Home Health organization looking for leadership. If you're ready to take the next step in your career - this one's for you. The ideal candidate will have 2 years Home Health Leadership experience.

We need a rock star that is well versed in financials, oasis, star measures, VBP. In addition, we need a growth minded individual that feels comfortable marketing as needed with the business development team. They must be a good steward of resources and have a track record of success with retention of staff.

Position Overview:

The Executive Director of Home Health is a pivotal role, responsible for the overall clinical, financial, and regulatory management and leadership of patient care services. This position will oversee all clinical operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and foster a patient-centered care culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for Home Health care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the clinical team, ensuring the highest quality of patient care services.
  • Manage the daily operations of the agency, ensuring the smooth functioning of all patient care services.
  • Maintain an ongoing liaison with the Governing Body, staff members, and the community to promote collaboration and open communication.
  • Ensure the agency, including any Alternate Delivery Sites, complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to the health and safety of patients.
  • Take action on reports and recommendations from authorized planning, regulatory, or inspection agencies to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that staff, including contractual providers, are educated on and have access to all applicable regulations.
  • Oversee the completion, maintenance, and submission of all required reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Implement an effective budgeting and accounting system that promotes the health and safety of the agency’s patients, while managing costs efficiently.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction by supervising and evaluating patient/client satisfaction survey reports.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs to improve patient outcomes.
  • Ensure the accuracy of public information materials and activities related to agency services.
  • Provide administrative oversight for the provision of quality care to agency patients, ensuring that staff are adequately trained and evaluated regularly.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
