We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Executive Assistant to support a dynamic and high-profile CEO based in the Santa Barbara area. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-level executive and operational support to a public-facing leader with multiple business ventures. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, working closely with the broader executive and personal support teams.

This role will be hybrid, with in-person work at the CEO’s home office in Santa Barbara approximately two days per week. Candidates based in Ventura County or North Los Angeles who are willing to commute when the CEO is in town are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and organize personal expenses and related administrative tasks.

  • Conduct research, take dictation, and assist with a variety of ad hoc projects.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external collaborators, and family members as needed.
  • Act as the CEO’s gatekeeper for all correspondence, including email, phone calls, and digital communications.
  • Potential travel, including international, may be required for special projects or events.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level executive support role, ideally supporting a high-profile or public-facing individual.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Mac OS, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, and the ability to learn new platforms quickly (e.g., Egnyte).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex schedules.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and solution-oriented with excellent follow-through.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and respond to high-stakes situations with poise and sound judgment.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to take on new challenges.
  • Strong alignment with a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Salary: $120,000-$140,000 DOE + full benefits
