Job Description

LHH is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant who will provide high-level support to the Executive Vice President & CEO for a major manufacturing company in Norcross, GA. The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver with excellent communication skills, emotional maturity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management : Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. Ensure the CEO is fully prepared with necessary materials and details.
  • Communication : Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Manage the flow of information with accuracy and discretion.
  • Meeting Support : Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Help organize company-wide events such as seasonal gatherings and celebrations.
  • Travel Coordination : Arrange all travel logistics including flights, accommodations, transportation, and reservations — including those for incoming board members.
  • Report & Document Preparation : Draft and format internal and external documents for the CEO and board of directors.
  • Confidentiality : Handle all sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Project Support : Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Administrative Duties : Manage office tasks such as filing, document organization, and inventory of supplies.
  • Other Duties : Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education : High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience :

  • 3–5 years in an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience in consulting, investment banking, or manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etc.).
  • Familiarity with communication tools like Slack, Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms.
