How You’ll Make an Impact
Do you have a passion for keeping details in order, moving parts in sync, and projects on track? Gratsy is looking for an Event Project Manager to help bring our brand activations to life across the country. From pre-event coordination to post-event wrap-ups, you’ll support the Senior Events Manager in executing unforgettable experiences—whether it’s a mobile tour, pop-up, or custom event. You’ll play a critical behind-the-scenes role, managing vendors, timelines, and communication so our events deliver flawlessly, every time.

From vendor coordination and scheduling to permit processing and documentation, you’ll ensure every box is checked and every detail is accounted for. If you love building spreadsheets, coordinating moving parts, and being the go-to person for all things logistics—this role is for you.
