Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and client-focused  Event Manager to join our team. The Event Manager is responsible for executing events. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event
• Manage all aspects of the catered events and the catering team.
• Work closely with the culinary, floral design, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
• Event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of current trends in catering, design, and event production in Charleston and beyond

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in event or catering management (hospitality background a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
• Passion for food, design, and hospitality
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
