Job summary
Performs electrical work in the maintenance, repair, and installation of a wide variety of machinery and electrical control apparatus throughout the facility. Follow electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and electrical and electronic test equipment. Prepares requisition for materials and supplies. Prepares sketches showing location of wiring and equipment. Keep work area safe, neat and clean.
Tool and Equipment:
Cranes, ladders, manlifts, forklifts, measuring devices, electrical test equipment, conduit benders, cutters, threaders, soldering equipment, torches, welders, electrical, air and hydraulic equipment, and various hand tools both powered and manual.
