Your new company

You will be working for a fully-integrated Real Estate Investment Company who are recognized as a National Leader in Residential Projects, typically involved in high value spends of over $50M+ per project. This ranges across High-Rise, Garden-Style, Podium & Wraps.

With circa 15+ years’ experience – this organization covers Development, Construction, Acquisitions, TI and Property Management.

Your new role

As the Director of Preconstruction, you will have direct responsibility for overseeing all planning, design & early construction document phases across a range of various Multi-Family Projects.

Experienced in Multi-Family, you will optimize cost and efficient where possible whilst showcasing strong stakeholder management skills with architects, engineers and consultants, among others.

You will help develop and manage RFPs and report back on real-time feedback for design choices and implications.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven background in Multi-Family Construction – with either a GC or Owner
  • Ideally, 10+ years’ experience of construction Projects
  • An ability to understand architectural documentation
  • Extremely strong time management, stakeholder and leadership skills
  • Ability to use estimating and scheduling software and tools
