Director of Finance | Austin, TX

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Build and refine financial models to support strategic decisions and new initiatives
• Partner with senior leaders to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Lead cash flow planning and optimize treasury operations and banking relationships
• Oversee cap table and equity tracking, ensuring accuracy and transparency
• Support M&A activities—financial diligence, modeling, and integration
• Collaborate closely with accounting, operations, and cross-functional teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic analysis
• Previous leadership experience and a passion for mentoring others
• Strong communication skills—you can turn complex data into actionable insight
• Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
• Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CPA, or Big Four background a plus
• Experience in or passion for the healthcare space is a big plus
