Zen Payments specializes in payment processing for e-commerce and high-risk businesses. Our mission is to bring transparency, honesty, and flexibility to the credit card processing industry. Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be handling support for our new and existing merchants. You will take inbound calls to resolve issues our merchants are having with their ability to take payments for their business. You will act as a liaison between our banks and our customers assisting in making sure businesses can effortlessly process payments.
Qualifications
Customer service/support experience is a big plus! We are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow with a young company. This is an entry-level position where we will give you all of the training and tools necessary to excel.

$45,000 - $50,000 OTE
$250 signing bonus
