Job Description

Unity Search has been exclusively engaged with this very rapidly growing service company in search for a Manager of Corporate FP&A. This role is newly created due to growth and will assist the CFO and with senior management and private equity summary reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the CFO with financial reporting, forecasting, and tracking of operating metrics
• Manage financial projections, analyze variances and monitor key performance indicators
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and identify risks and opportunities
• Provide actionable financial insights to senior leaders for informed decision making
• Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools to improve productivity
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cost reduction initiatives, and support strategic financial analysis for M&A and growth opportunities
• Perform various other related projects

Requirements:

• BBA required; MBA preferred
• Foundation in I-Banking, Transactions Services or other high paced consulting type environment - required
• Current FP&A experience - required
• Strong financial modeling experience required
• Current or prior PE-backed company experience highly preferred

Compensation: $140k-170k salary plus 15-20% Discretionary Bonus
