Overview:

Looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter with general recruiting experience. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and hire candidates for a wide range of positions.
• Utilize Linkedin and other job board resources.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments.
• Facilitate interviews with department leads to ensure candidates meet job-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and align on recruitment strategies.

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years in recruitment, with experience in both general and technical recruiting.
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of openings across various departments.
