Construction Superintendent - Bilingual

A well established multifamily interiors contractor is seeking a Bilingual Site Superintendent to oversee interior construction scopes across active apartment projects in the Dallas area. This role is hands on, field focused, and responsible for driving schedule, quality, safety, and subcontractor performance across multiple job sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee daily field operations for multifamily interior construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and deliveries to maintain project schedules
• Ensure units and areas are ready for installation and stop work if conditions are not acceptable
• Participate in project planning, mobilization, and scheduling discussions
• Manage subcontractor labor, including onboarding, coordination, and rate discussions
• Review subcontractor payroll and confirm alignment with project budgets
• Track material inventory, deliveries, storage, and shortages
• Perform regular jobsite walks to monitor progress and plan upcoming work
• Maintain quality control standards and manage punch list completion
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding progress, issues, and expectations
• Identify and resolve field conflicts impacting schedule or quality
• Enforce jobsite safety standards, OSHA compliance, and lead weekly safety meetings
• Input required project reports and documentation consistently
• Manage multiple active projects simultaneously

What They’re Looking For

• 5 or more years of construction experience
• Multifamily interiors or flooring experience strongly preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Comfortable leading subcontractors and field crews
• Ability to read construction drawings preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Forklift experience a plus
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
