Commercial Concierge- Austin, TX

Now Hiring a Commercial Concierge Services Representative! Long-term contract position for five months paying up to $25.00 an hour DOE.

• Managing the Conference floor from the reception desk, including stocking the kitchen and supporting any tech issues, coordinating all reservations with tenants through our reservation system, and running the events on the monthly Host calendar, including sharing a newsletter, event marketing, and day-of coordination.
• Day is usually spent coordinating with tenants using the amenities and events spaces, planning for Host events, and managing the kitchen/Conference floor.

What you bring to the table:

• Commercial property management experience.
• Experience with Concierge/ Event Services
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
