Senior Compliance Officer – Trading Advisory
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid: 4 days in-office / 1 day remote)
Compensation: $250K–$300K base + performance bonus (Total Comp: $475K–$600K)
Firm AUM: $30B+
Overview:
We are working with a rapidly growing, multi-strategy hedge fund currently managing over $30B in AUM. The firm is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to join their dynamic compliance team in New York. This is a high-visibility leadership role reporting directly to the Global CCO and involves regular interaction with senior portfolio managers, traders, and key investment professionals.
This role will be central to trading compliance across the firm’s global operations, offering real-time guidance on investment activities, wall crossings, and pre-transaction reviews.
