This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Real Estate Assistant and Office Manager at OTN Group in Pittsburgh, PA. The role involves overseeing office operations, providing administrative assistance to the Principals, generating proposals & marketing files, data organization, project tracking and accounting tasks, and strong contributor to the Development Team.
