Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Client Partner with experience in Product Engineering and Engineering Services within the Telecom industry . The ideal candidate will have established relationships with key telecom players, driving business growth and strategic partnerships. This role requires a blend of business development, account management, and consultative sales expertise to expand our presence in the telecom sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key telecom clients to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Telecom sector, focusing on Product Engineering and Engineering Services .
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering, Delivery, and Presales , to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning, client engagement, and solution selling.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and partnership agreements.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention through proactive engagement and support.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure projects align with client expectations and business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in client management, business development, or sales within the Telecom industry .
  • Proven experience in Product Engineering and Engineering Services .
  • Established relationships with major telecom players is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of telecom technologies, digital transformation, and engineering solutions .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue and long-term partnerships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with 5G, IoT, cloud computing, and network transformation projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on client success.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
