Job Description
This is a part-time OPS student position that will work directly with the Pre-collegiate Programs Director. Duties include tasks to improve workflow and simplify reporting procedures. The ideal candidate is expected to be highly organized, detailed oriented, and demonstrate strong computer competence. The candidate must communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Duties and Responsibilities
The part-time OPS Clerk Specialist will be responsible for:
• Performing routine clerical and administrative functions.
• Analyzing operating practices and procedures.
• Filing, maintaining, storing, retrieving, or reproducing documents, records, and reports.
• Tracking Program-related data.
• Preparing resources and other informational materials.
• Working on special projects as assigned.
• Assisting staff, project partners, and stakeholders, as necessary.
Who We Are Looking For
A highly organized and detailed oriented individual who demonstrates strong computer competence including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft SharePoint. Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary. The incumbent must work independently and interact courteously with others. The performance and behavior of all employees must demonstrate consideration of the workload concerns of others and must not negatively affect the productivity and morale of the unity. Attendance is an essential function.
