Chief of Staff
In 2025, the time for organizing our communities is more important than it has ever been. Our family of organizations Arizona Coalition for Change 501(c)(3) and Our Voice Our Vote Arizona 501(c)(4) is seeking an experienced Chief of Staff who will serve as a key strategic partner to the Executive Director, helping to drive organizational effectiveness and support the overall mission of the organization. This role involves a blend of strategic planning, project management, and operational oversight, ensuring that the organization runs smoothly and efficiently. The Chief of Staff will also play a pivotal role in stakeholder engagement, communications, and the implementation of initiatives. The Chief of Staff will serve on and co-lead the senior leadership team while directly supervising a team of operations staff and part-time contractors. This role is perfect for someone who cares deeply about the experience and effectiveness of the team, is dedicated to investing in the leadership of our staff, is flexible and creative, enjoys behind-the-scenes work and strategically sets others up to thrive.
