Raise the Bar Training Studio is a  private, personal training-only facility —no memberships, no crowds, just high-quality training in an exclusive environment. We provide a fully equipped space for independent trainers to operate their businesses while offering support to help them grow.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated  Independent Personal Trainer (1099 Contractor)to join our team. This is a great opportunity for trainers who want flexibility, autonomy, and a premium space to train their clients. While an existing client base is preferred, we also  help trainers build their business by referring clients and providing business support.

🔹 Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA, ACSM, NASM, or other major accreditation)

🔹 Liability insurance and active CPR/AED required

🔹 Experience working with clients of various fitness levels

🔹 Strong interpersonal and communication skills

🔹 Preferably an existing client base, but  open to trainers looking to grow

Trainers operate as independent contractors and  keep up to 70% of session revenue , based on client volume and agreement.
