The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Part-Time Intern to support all areas of the business. This role offers hands-on exposure to the luxury travel industry , real responsibility, and meaningful opportunities to network with hotels and global travel suppliers.

This is an ideal opportunity for a junior or senior college student studying global business, international relations, hospitality, marketing, or a related field who is eager to gain real-world experience in a fast-growing, relationship-driven industry.

Responsibilities

The intern will assist across multiple areas of the business, including:

  • Supporting the creation and execution of custom travel itineraries
  • Drafting client proposals and travel documents
  • Communicating with hotels, destination partners, and relevant suppliers
  • Assisting with day-to-day business operations
  • Streamline data entry and key business tasks
  • Taking ownership of social media strategy, content creation, and light design work
  • Contributing creative ideas to strengthen brand presence and client engagement

Depending on experience and interest , the intern may also:

  • Assist with finance and administrative tasks such as commission tracking and invoicing
  • Support internal systems, organization, and process improvements

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled college student (junior or senior preferred)
  • Studying global business, hospitality, international studies, marketing, finance, or a related field
  • Financially literate , with comfort around numbers, pricing, commissions, and basic invoicing concepts
  • Globally and culturally literate , with a strong understanding of international destinations, cultural nuances, and how to communicate across cultures
  • Professional, polished communication skills appropriate for a luxury brand and high-end clientele (both written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • Interest in luxury travel, branding, and global experiences
  • Social media, content creation, and basic design skills (Canva, Instagram, etc.) are a plus

Compensation

This internship is designed to provide meaningful industry exposure, mentorship, and academic credit where applicable. Financial compensation may be considered based on experience and contribution. Opportunities to travel may be available when appropriate.
