Business Analyst

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills-

-Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.

-Requirement Analysis: Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and functional requirements.

-Process Optimization: Analyze and improve banking processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.

-Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to design solutions that meet business objectives.

-Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior business analysts, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

-Project Coordination: Support project managers in planning, tracking, and delivering banking projects on time and within budget.

-Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

-Testing and Validation: Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Strong knowledge - Lead Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the successful delivery of banking solutions. This role involves leading requirement-gathering sessions, analyzing complex business processes, and ensuring alignment with the client's strategic goals
