Job Summary
The Brand & Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving brand growth, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and overseeing day-to-day operations. This role blends operational management with marketing strategy, including brand positioning, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns. You will manage supply chain logistics, inventory, customer relations, retail operations, and marketing initiatives to maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Strategy
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and in-store experiences.
• Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and influencer partnerships to drive engagement and sales.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches to maximize customer retention.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
• Identify emerging trends in fashion and jewelry marketing to keep the brand innovative and competitive.
Operations & Inventory Management
• Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring efficiency across all departments.
• Manage inventory control, supply chain logistics, and product deliveries from vendors.
• Develop strong relationships with wholesale clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Track and analyze operational data to improve workflow and reduce costs.
Customer Relations & Sales Growth
• Enhance customer experience both online and in-store by ensuring a high level of service and engagement.
• Implement strategies to drive sales and boost revenue through brand partnerships, promotions, and events.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback to improve brand reputation and loyalty.
• Work closely with the sales team to create effective marketing initiatives that support revenue goals.
Leadership & Team Management
• Lead and mentor team members, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and goals.
• Coordinate between different departments to foster a collaborative, productive work environment.
• Support in-store and event activations, ensuring a seamless execution of brand experiences.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or operations within the retail, fashion, or luxury industries.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, digital advertising, and influencer partnerships.
• Experience with inventory management systems and CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for jewelry, fashion, and luxury branding.
