The Role

We are seeking  exceptional baristas who take pride in  precision, consistency, and customer service. This role is perfect for individuals who are  meticulous in their craft, thrive under structure, and are eager to learn and grow.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, meeting our high standards of hygiene and efficiency.
• Follow DESOURO’s detailed recipes and protocols with precision, ensuring consistency in every cup.
• Proactively communicate with team members and management to maintain smooth operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.88 - $18.88 per hour Plus Tips

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
