We are looking for a skilled and motivated AV Technician to join our team. In this role, you will design, install, and maintain audiovisual systems for diverse environments, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality performance. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and strong client-focused communication skills to enhance our clients' experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure AV systems for corporate offices, educational institutions, and event spaces based on client requirements.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain AV equipment including projectors, displays, sound systems, and video conferencing tools.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored AV solutions that meet their goals.
  • Conduct site surveys to determine the best AV solutions and system configurations for specific projects.
  • Offer training and technical support to clients for efficient use of AV systems.
  • Stay informed about the latest AV technologies and trends, ensuring that our solutions remain innovative and cutting-edge.
  • Assist with project management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system designs, installations, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in AV system design, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with AV hardware and software, including control systems and networked AV solutions.
  • Solid understanding of audio, video, and lighting technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CTS, CTS-D) are a plus.
