Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant General Manager role located in Burleson, TX. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing front-of-house staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and implementing strategies to meet financial goals. The ideal candidate should be a team leader, bringing positivity and drive to the table, along with a willingness to go above and beyond for the guests. The Assistant General Manager should be adept at handling guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests, resolving any issues quickly and efficiently in a way that creates a positive and welcoming environment for guests.

Duties

  • Hiring, training, and supervising FOH staff (waiters, bartenders, hosts, etc.). 
  • Scheduling and managing staff shifts. 
  • Motivating and developing staff to provide excellent customer service. 
  • Addressing and resolving staff issues and conflicts. 
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the FOH areas. 
  • Overseeing daily FOH operations, including reservations, seating, and table service. 
  • Ensuring smooth flow of service and efficient order taking and execution. 
  • Managing inventory of FOH supplies
  • Collaborating with back-of-house staff (kitchen, bar) to ensure seamless coordination. 
  • Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures. 
  • Maintaining a clean and organized FOH environment. 
  • Participating in marketing and promotional activities. 
  • Monitoring FOH revenue and expenses. 
  • Ensuring accurate cash handling and point-of-sale procedures. 
  • Analyzing FOH performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
