  • Manage CRM workflow (Go High Level) and EHR (DrChrono) to ensure accurate records, scheduling, and communication.
  • Handle billing, intake documentation, and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Provide knowledgeable, upbeat, and professional support — from scheduling to payments and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director to facilitate patient consultations.
  • Keep up-to-date with evolving treatments and clinic offerings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with EHR software (DrChrono preferred).
  • Exceptionally strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be available full-time, in-person in Sherman Oaks, M–F 9am–6pm.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Previous experience working in a ketamine clinic or mental health practice.
  • Medical certification (MA, RN, etc.) – bonus pay available for clinical duties.
  • Experience with patient intake , basic medical history gathering, and treatment advisement.

Why Join Us?

  • Industry-leading clinic with life-changing results and national recognition.
  • Be part of a tight-knit, energetic, and supportive team .
  • High-impact role with real growth potential — professionally and financially.
  • Base salary starting at $35/hr (DOE) plus commission based on revenue from converted leads.
  • Uncapped earning potential – the more you convert, the more you make!

This is not your average sales or admin job. We’re looking for a confident communicator, an empathetic listener, and a true team player who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
