Pay Range: $24 - $24.42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivers professional activities in the General Administration job family with a focus on Administrative Services.
• Completes day-to-day Administrative Services tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members.
• Plans and implements projects that impact the entire facility, office, business support and/or specific departments, including department budgets, researching vendors, analyzing and projecting staffing needs, planning office events, space planning and/or moves.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Attention to detail – must be able to follow direction
• Planning office events, space planning
• Computer skills
• Office administrative duties
• High School Graduate/GED with 12 months minimum experience in similar roles.
