Administrative Programs Manager - Mobile Crisis
Overview: This position focuses on supporting and overseeing mobile crisis programs, serving as a liaison between central agency headquarters and local offices to ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and regulations. Responsibilities include conducting frequent on-site and virtual reviews of mobile crisis program operations, evaluating staff performance, and ensuring program compliance and quality assurance. The role involves providing technical assistance to contracted and DMH providers, serving as the initial point of contact for statewide provider support, and facilitating staff training on mobile crisis policies and procedures.
