Job Description

We seek a motivated Account Development Specialist to engage potential customers with exciting products and services. Your close collaboration with our customers will involve identifying project requirements and delivering initial information, setting the stage for an informed and positive decision-making process regarding our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skillfully document all customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and maintaining up-to-date customer information.
• Offer responsive assistance to customer inquiries, providing unwavering support throughout the pre-sales experience.
• Foster collaboration across multiple teams to forge strong connections and ensure top-notch client satisfaction.
• Exhibit a consistently positive and professional demeanor when engaging with both customers and colleagues.
• Skillfully schedule design consultations, factoring in travel times and designer requirements.
• Manage rescheduling and cancellations efficiently, promptly addressing the needs of both clients and designers.
• Act as the best possible advisor for all inbound leads with a deep understanding of all our service lines, including seasonal and year-round offerings.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate the building of genuine customer relationships.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in basic computer and phone skills. Preferred familiarity with scheduling software.
• Team Work: Ability to excel both independently and as an integral part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor content for different audience segments.
• Versatility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, exhibiting exceptional multitasking abilities and the ability to grasp new concepts and adapt to evolving processes swiftly.
