Clinic-Based & Non-Billable Position

Forty Fort, PA (Just Outside of Wilkes Barre)

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee all in-clinic ABA day program operations —ensuring a safe, structured, and positive environment for clients and staff.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support Clinicians, Technicians, and clinical staff delivering services exclusively in our clinic setting.
  • Drive high-quality care through direct oversight of assessments, treatment planning, session fidelity, and documentation.
  • Champion a positive, collaborative culture that fosters staff retention, professional growth, and family satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with families, caregivers, and other providers to support client progress within the clinic.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards while delivering exceptional outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ BCBA certification & PA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)

✔ Master’s in ABA, Psychology, or related field

✔ 3+ years’ experience as a BCBA with leadership and supervision experience

✔ Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills

✔ Passion for building a team culture and high-quality clinic-based services

Work Environment

This role requires the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing – including frequent talking, hearing, writing, typing, reading, and significant comprehension. This role may model activities for staff working with young children that will regularly require moving quickly, crouching, and sitting on the floor. The employee frequently is also required to sit, stand, walk briskly, use hands, and reach with arms/hands. Regular and consistent attendance required.
