Immediate Opening for a Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic with strong mechanical, hydraulic, and troubleshooting skills to keep our clients production systems running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Include:
• Diagnose and repair a wide range of facility and manufacturing equipment including CNC machinery, hydraulic systems, production saws, compressors, and mobile equipment.
• Recommend and implement repair strategies to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Manage preventive maintenance records and close work orders using our CMMS platform.
• Perform light fabrication and mechanical modifications on equipment as needed.
• Identify and resolve hydraulic system failures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members about maintenance issues and solutions.
• Lead or assist in new equipment installs and other technical projects.
• Model professionalism and help train junior technicians to ensure quality standards are met.
Experience & Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 7+ years of experience in mechanical and hydraulic maintenance
• Basic working knowledge of electrical systems
• Must be self-driven and capable of independent work
• Familiarity with workplace safety and compliance requirements
• Welding or metal fabrication experience is a strong advantage
