As the leading growers of tea from the Waghi Valley, we are responsible and committed in providing better livelihoods for the communities that we operate in.
We ensure that the farmers within our estates grow and manage the land in sustainable ways, and always look at reducing our environmental impact. We ensure we plant our teas utilizing natural techniques in ensuring our teas are organic, while still retaining the real taste of tea and maintaining the highest quality . We invest in, engage with and work across various supply chain while promoting sustainable livelihoods and responsible economic development to improve living standards and promote stable communities within our estates.
We believe in taking care of our employees and families by fully providing for their needs with access to quality housing, communal markets, farms for produce and livestock, schools, doctors, and other social services which are partly self-organized, partly guided and funded by estate managers.
We strive to enhance for a better future for our farmers and ensure an equitable and sustainable income at every step of our supply chain from crop to table, which include growers, harvesters, and packaging of our teas. We also help keep our communities within our estates safe from the risk of exploitation and abuse.
